Hey guys. Well, Rhosalyn finished her first shed yesterday. I found her soaking in her water bowl with the shed right next to her, it looked complete but when I went to pick it up it seemed to fall apart into three pieces. So my question is can shed disintegrate into pieces because of water? It could be (and probably is) an incomplete shed (humidity problems, I got the humidity up to mid 70's 2 days before I found the shed, but before that it was in the low 50's). I checked her for any shed still on her, but she was clean. She ate tonight without any funny business (struck in under two minutes).

yea a shed can fall apart mine has and all I check to make sure is that there is no more shed on her and for eyecaps if they are gone then it is pretty much a good shed, most likely she is soaking either because she has skin still on or mites, though you would know if you had the latter good luck.
